Accessibility
The experience is low-intensity and suitable for most guests. The camel or horse ride is approximately 30–45 minutes. Guests who prefer not to ride can participate in all other activities. Please contact us in advance if you have mobility needs.
Animal Welfare
Our camels and horses rest during the hottest hours and are cared for by experienced Bedouin handlers. Rides are kept short, weight limits are observed, and guests are always welcome to spend time with the animals outside of riding.
Animals are monitored daily by experienced Bedouin handlers and undergo regular veterinary checks.
Sustainability
BADU operates with a leave-no-trace policy. Single-use plastics are not used at camp. The evening programme is deliberately unhurried — smaller groups, less noise, less pressure on the desert environment. We work exclusively with local Bedouin communities.
