Welcome to Badu Experiences. By booking or participating in any of our desert experiences, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
These terms apply to all experiences offered by Badu Experiences, accessible via baduexperiences.com and our booking channels.

Badu Experiences is a tourism experience provider operating in the Eastern Desert near Hurghada, Red Sea Governorate, Egypt.

Bookings & Payment
3.1 Making a Booking
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as indicated at the time of reservation. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are per person unless stated otherwise. Transfer fees may apply depending on your location.
3.3 Payment Methods
We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, and cash on arrival (where applicable). Online payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
Cancellations & Refunds
4.1 Cancellation by the Guest
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before the experience: Full refund.
- Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund.
4.2 Cancellation by Badu Experiences
Badu Experiences reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any experience due to extreme weather conditions, safety concerns, insufficient bookings, or any circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). In such cases, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Health, Safety & Participation
Participation in our experiences involves outdoor desert activities that carry inherent risks. By booking, you confirm that you are in adequate physical health to participate.
5.1 Health Requirements
- Guests must be at least 6 years old to participate in camel rides.
- Guests must be at least 16 years old to operate quad bikes.
- Pregnant women, guests with back problems, or recent surgery should consult their doctor before participating.
5.2 Liability
Badu Experiences takes all reasonable precautions to ensure guest safety. However, guests participate at their own risk. Badu Experiences shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from failure to follow guide instructions, pre-existing medical conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
5.3 Code of Conduct
We ask all guests to respect our Bedouin hosts, their culture, and their community. Guests under the influence of alcohol or substances will be refused participation. We reserve the right to remove any guest from experience for disruptive or disrespectful behavior without refund.
Photography & Media
Badu Experiences may photograph or film experiences for marketing and social media purposes. By booking, you consent to your image being used in this way. If you prefer not to appear in our marketing materials, please notify us in writing before your experience.
You may not use photographs or video taken at our camp for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Intellectual Property
All content on baduexperiences.com, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Badu Experiences and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Red Sea Governorate.
Changes to These Terms
Badu Experiences reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
