Sip on authentic Bedouin tea and coffee, then dive into hands-on activities where you’ll learn how to bake traditional Bedouin bread, roast coffee beans with our Coffee Maker. For those eager to engage further, take part in our Bedouin performance, where music and storytelling come alive, offering you a deeper connection to the culture.

Gastronomy & Sungazing

Indulge in a four-course Bedouin Lunch starting with flavourful starters: Tahini salad, Bedouin bread, Arabic green salad, and baba ghanoug. The main course features savoury Chicken BBQ, Kofta, and rice, followed by a refreshing fruit salad dessert and Arabian freshly backed sweet. The authentic Bedouin performance will captivate you, blending music and tradition in an enchanting display. The day concludes with a sungazing session where you will learn more about the Sun and the black holes.
